Job summary

Culligan UK Limited is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will service water treatment systems at customer sites, carrying out maintenance, installation and fault finding to keep systems running smoothly.

The role includes driving a company van, scheduling visits, providing excellent customer service, and supporting colleagues with problem solving. Full training will be provided and opportunities for progression exist within the field operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
