Job summary

Culligan UK in Leeds is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to service water treatment systems at customer sites, performing maintenance, installations and repairs to keep systems working reliably.

This role offers training, a company van with private use option, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a clear path for progression within our field operations team. You'll need a driving licence and good customer communication to build rapport with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Responsibilities

• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions

• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
