Job summary

Culligan UK limited is seeking a Field Service Technician to service and maintain water treatment systems at customer sites. You will install and troubleshoot equipment, manage service visits, and ensure minimal downtime while delivering excellent customer service.

With training provided and a Monday–Friday schedule, you will join a team focused on sustainability and quality customer care, supported by company benefits and a clear development path.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at clients' locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimize downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and report issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver excellent service.
• Weekly visits to the Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
