Job summary

Culligan UK Limited is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in Leeds. You will carry out maintenance, installations and troubleshooting on water treatment systems at customers' sites, ensuring they run reliably and safely.

You’ll work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, with full training and a benefits package including holidays, pension, and employee support programs. Opportunity for career progression within Field Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training will be provided.
• Valid UK driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
