Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team, delivering on-site maintenance and repairs of water treatment systems for our customers.

You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, visiting client sites, installing and troubleshooting equipment, and keeping precise service records.

With full training provided, you'll develop technical skills and a path for progression within our supportive field operations team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
