Job summary

Zip Water is hiring a Field Service Technician to deliver outstanding on-site service for our advanced filtered boiling, chilled and sparkling water systems in London, England. You will engage customers, promote our services and represent the Zip Water brand with professionalism.

We support your development with mentoring, a comprehensive induction programme, and ongoing on-the-job training to help you achieve both personal and company goals.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and practical DIY skills.
• Strong customer-facing communication and service orientation.
• Self-motivated with a proactive work approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service at client sites.
• Promote Zip Water brand and services during visits.
• Complete on-job training and participate in induction programmes.
