Job summary

Culligan is looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team and service water treatment systems on client sites. You will be trained and supported as you grow in a hands-on role with real impact for customers.

In this role you will install, maintain and repair equipment, manage service schedules, and maintain detailed service records while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred; training provided.
• Full, valid driving license (maximum 6 points).
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong DIY skills and experience with power tools.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Install and troubleshoot equipment at client locations.
• Oversee service schedules to minimise downtime for customers.
• Keep precise service visit records and communicate issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to understand needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work:

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
