Job summary

Culligan UK is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team. You will carry out maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems at client sites, install equipment, and ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

This role is Monday–Friday, with a company van (private use option), uniform and tablet provided. A full driving license is required; training and progression opportunities are available through structured programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
• A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems.
• Handle the installation and troubleshooting of equipment directly at clients' locations.
• Efficiently oversee service schedules to reduce downtime for our customers.
• Keep precise records of service visits and communicate any issues or suggestions.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Weekly visits to the designated Service Centre to replenish parts and supplies.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Core Role & Responsibilities

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on water treatment systems
