Stannah is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the Warrington branch and deliver the Branch Business Plan. You will oversee PPM performance, defect management, call‑outs, first‑time fixes and margin contribution while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will manage field engineers and subcontractors, emphasising health and safety, people development, customer satisfaction and risk management. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Formación

• Experience in field service management or lift industry.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Based at Warrington with travel across Liverpool and the North West.

Responsabilidades

• Plan engineers' workloads efficiently.
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures; conduct risk assessments.
• Carry out regular site monitoring and quality checks.
• Maintain relationships with customers and address queries/ complaints.
