Stannah Group in Warrington is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead the branch service team across Liverpool and the North West. You will oversee PPM planning, safety compliance, first-time fix rates, and margins while developing people and coordinating field engineers and subcontractors.

The role requires a strong technical or management background in lift services, with travel across the North West and a full UK driving license. Competitive salary and company benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering

Responsibilities

• Efficiently plan Engineers workloads
• Manage absence, performance, and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety procedures. Conduct risk assessments and method statements
• Carry out regular site monitoring
• Maintain relationships with customers, addressing any queries and complaints
• Maintain credit control logs and CRM
