Stannah, a global leader in lifts, seeks an experienced Engineer to become Field Service Manager at the Warrington Service Branch. You’ll lead the branch to deliver the business plan, oversee PPM, LOLER defects, response times and first‑time fix rates, while upholding safety and quality.

Based in Warrington with travel to Liverpool and the North West, the role requires a full UK driving licence and strong leadership, customer focus and risk management. Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–16:45, Fri 08:00–15:45.

Qualifications

• Previous lift industry or similar service industry experience.
• NVQ Level 3 Lift Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills essential for cross‑level coordination.

Responsabilités

• Efficiently plan Engineers workloads.
• Manage absence, performance and appraisals for the team.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures; conduct risk assessments and method statements.
• Carry out regular site monitoring.
• Maintain relationships with customers and address queries/complaints.
• Maintain credit control logs and CRM.
