Job summary

Cento is seeking a Field Service Manager for a major Canary Wharf contract to lead service delivery and engineer teams. You will maintain client relationships, monitor KPIs and ensure SLA targets are met, while coordinating planning and budgets to optimise performance and cost control.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to drive continuous improvement on a key commercial site in London.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing field service teams in Fire and Security.
• Proven ability to manage client accounts and service delivery.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of engineers to meet service delivery targets.
• Maintain and review client relationships with regular service meetings.
• Oversee SLA performance, planning, budgets and productivity metrics.
• Coordinate resource allocation and engineer scheduling.
• Monitor first-time fix rates and compliance with maintenance plans.
• Ensure accurate reporting and timely documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-control initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
