Job summary

Stannah Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead new lift installation projects across the Southern England region. You will own projects from concept to completion, collaborating with customers, contractors, and installation teams to deliver safely, on time and within budget.

You will oversee commercial, residential, healthcare and public sector installations with a mix of home-based work, site visits and customer meetings. Strong training and career progression support.

Qualifications

NVQ3 Installing Lifts required.
Project Management qualification essential.
Understanding of Lift and Building Standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with company and industry standards.
Manage project schedules, pre-start activities, deliveries, testing requirements, and site readiness from start to finish.
Conduct site inspections and project reviews, ensuring installation quality, subcontractor performance, and customer expectations are met.
Act as the key point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Control project costs, manage variations, resolve issues, close out defects, and ensure successful handover and warranty completion.

At Stannah, you'll take ownership of New lift installation projects from concept to completion, working closely with customers, contractors, and installation teams to deliver safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget.

You’ll oversee a portfolio of new installation and projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, and public sector environments.

You will be covering projects across the South of England, with a mixture of home-based working, site visits, and customer meetings.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday, 8:30-5.15 and Friday, 8:30 – 13:30
