Job summary

Stannah Group in Bristol is seeking a Field Repair Manager to lead the Service Branch team, oversee Lift Engineers and subcontractors, and drive performance to meet Major Repairs Plan objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in lift industry or service industry with transferable skills.
• Management qualifications desirable.
• NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent required.

Field Repair Manager Jobs in Bristol at Stannah - Join Our Team!

We’re now looking for a Field Repair Manager to join our Bristol Service branch management team—someone ready to drive operational performance, inspire a skilled workforce, and help us exceed our business goals.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of talented Lift Engineers and subcontractors, guiding them to deliver against our Major Repairs Plan objectives. Your remit will span across all makes and models of Lifts

You’ll be based at our Bristol Service Branch, with regular travel across the Service Branch region. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Monday to Thursday 0800-1645 and Friday 0800-1545

Field Repair Manager Responsibilities
