Stannah is seeking an experienced Field Service Manager to lead the Domestic Branch delivery in Brackley and across the region. You will oversee PPM performance, defect management, call-out responsiveness, and first-time fix rates while safeguarding quality and safety standards.

You will manage the Brackley-based team and subcontractors, drive health and safety, people development, customer satisfaction, and efficient operations. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field service teams is essential.
• UK driving licence is essential.
• Lift industry or related service industry experience is highly desirable.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into a management role or an experienced manger to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service aligned with our values and safety standards.

As Field Service Manager , you’ll lead the delivery of our Domestic Branch Business Plan—overseeing PPM performance, LOLER defect management, call‑out responsiveness, first‑time fix rates and overall margin contribution. You’ll champion our company values and ensure our service delivery consistently reflects our commitment to quality and operational excellence.

You’ll manage and support our Domestic Field workforce and subcontractors, with Health and Safety, people development, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and risk management at the core of your approach. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll work closely with colleagues across all levels of the organisation and convey complex technical information clearly and confidently.

The successful candidate will be based at our Brackley Service Branch, with travel across the region to be expected, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Field Service Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Efficiently plan Engineers workloads

• Previous experience working within the lift industry or similar service industry with transferable skills is essential
• Relevant technical or management qualifications would be desirable
