About the Role

Join one of the world’s leading printing press suppliers as a Field Service Engineer. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing printing products across the UK.

Main Responsibilities

1. Install presses at customer sites, coordinating with the Project Engineer and installation team.
2. Respond to technical requests, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions promptly.
3. Perform scheduled maintenance and service interventions.
4. Reference technical documentation and collaborate with the service team to resolve issues.
5. Provide detailed reports on each assignment, including actions taken and outstanding needs.

Customer Relationships

Engage with senior customer staff to clarify technical requirements and agree on scope before work begins. Maintain professional relationships, promote company services, and report potential sales leads.

Qualifications & Experience

• Recognized qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in heavy engineering
• Full driving license

• Experience in the print/packaging industry
