Job summary

Brink’s Inc in York is seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to service ATMs including Triton, Wincor and NCR. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and documented records of work performed.

The role requires strong technical skills, a valid UK driving license, and flexibility to work 4 on 4 off, including weekends and holidays. Training and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Field service engineering experience is required or highly desirable.
• ATM experience is desirable but not mandatory.
• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
• Document all service transactions and repairs accurately.
• Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends through training.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism
• Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards

Requirements

• Experience Field Service Engineering background. experience on ATM's would be desirable.
• Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
