The Opportunity
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer who is hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world tech challenges across our ATM network. What You’ll Do
- Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on‑time in‑full machine provision.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
What You’ll Need
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
- ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
- A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right the first time.
- A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
- A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
- Clear, confident communication & customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
- No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
