Job summary

Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, train and maintain our equipment across the UK North (Leeds, Manchester, York, Sheffield). You will perform on-site checks, diagnose faults and repair equipment to keep customers productive.

Candidates should have electronics or mechanics qualifications (or equivalent field service experience), strong English communication, and a hands-on, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Qualification in electronics or mechanics, or equivalent experience in a field service role.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Solid technical knowledge and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Install, train and maintain equipment on-site with customers in UK North (Leeds, Manchester, York, Sheffield).
• Conduct pre-installation checks and diagnose and repair faults on customer sites.
• Represent the company at industry events when required.
