Qualifications

• Engineering qualification such as an apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine planned maintenance of machine tools and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve machinery issues through ongoing training.
• Build professional relationships with customers and provide reliable service.
• Identify opportunities to promote machinery and related products.
• Work independently, manage workloads and prioritise customer requirements.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service.
• Participate in structured training to develop field engineering capabilities.
