Job summary

Accelleron seeks a Service Engineer to drive on-site and workshop service jobs. You will install, commission, and maintain equipment, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction while handling technical issues and reports.

You will travel to client locations, work in demanding environments, and adhere to safety standards. A Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and experience with drawings and measuring instruments are required.

Qualifications

• Reading technical drawings and measuring instruments.
• Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds in service contexts.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery: installs and commissions equipment, performs routine maintenance, and identifies problems on site or in workshop.
• Customer Approach: drives customer satisfaction and may identify new sales opportunities.
• Materials & Supply: ensures materials, parts and equipment are available and of appropriate quality.
• Documentations & Reports: prepares reports and documentation for customer sign-off.
• Troubleshooting: resolves simple equipment failures and suggests long-term fixes.
