Job summary

WR Engineering seeks a motivated Service Technician / Engineer to install, commission and maintain capital equipment for clients worldwide. You will diagnose electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and provide hands-on technical support and training to customers.

Travel internationally is expected, with opportunities to work closely with engineering teams to drive product improvements and optimal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or service of capital equipment.
• Strong background in electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to travel internationally and at short notice.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission complex capital equipment at client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics and repairs.
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to customers.
• Identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
• Document service activities accurately and maintain reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to support product improvements.
