Job summary

Clear Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a mechanically biased service/maintenance engineer for a field-based role in Milton Keynes. You will service, maintain and repair CHP and gas engine systems across the surrounding territory, with a strong emphasis on electrical fault finding (ComAp, drives, PLC) and 450kW+ equipment.

The role offers a basic salary of £37,000–£38,750 with overtime (OTE £60K+) and a package including a vehicle, training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical or mechanical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and breakdowns.
• Working on CHP, GAS engines and renewable energy systems.
• Electrical fault finding and repairs (ComAp, three phase, drives, motors, PLC).
• Monday to Friday covering surrounding territory.
• Experience with 450KW+ machines.
• Familiar with CHP, Gas Engines, Generators, Industrial Plant or similar.
• Experience as a Service Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Marine Engineer.
