Job summary
Morgan Jones Ltd, a respected agricultural machinery specialist, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover Cambridgeshire and the nearby patch. You will service, diagnose and repair premium equipment on customer sites, using laptop diagnostics and hands-on engineering expertise.

Qualifications
- Level 2 qualification or equivalent in land-based/agricultural/mechanical engineering
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills
- Experience in agricultural, plant, commercial vehicle, or related industries
- Confident customer-facing communication skills
- Willingness to work seasonal overtime (June–Sept)
Responsibilities
- Service, diagnose and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Use laptop diagnostics alongside hands-on engineering
- Travel to customer sites within ~50 miles of depot
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Manage workload while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Participate in ongoing manufacturer training programs
