Morgan Jones is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair premium agricultural machinery across a Cambridgeshire patch. You will diagnose issues, travel to farms within ~50 miles of the depot, and deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining quality workmanship.

The role offers a realistic salary around £40,000 basic with overtime that can push earnings to £60,000–£70,000 OTE, a fully equipped company van, ongoing training and clear career progression within a respected

Competenze

• Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in Land-Based/Agricultural/Mechanical Engineering
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic and diagnostic skills
• Experience in agricultural, plant, commercial vehicle or related industries
• Confident customer-facing communication skills
• Ability to commit to seasonal overtime requirements (harvest Jun–Sep)

Our client, a respected agricultural machinery specialist representing a leading global brand, is looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team in Cambridgeshire. The Role

• Service, diagnose and repair a wide range of agricultural machinery and equipment
• Utilise laptop-based diagnostics alongside practical engineering expertise
• Travel to customer sites and farms within a local patch, typically within 50 miles of the depot
• Deliver first-class customer service and technical support
• Manage your own workload while maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer and technical training programmes

What You'll Need

• Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience in Land-Based, Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering
