Job summary

Cammax Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair parking & transport kiosks at customer sites across the UK. You will ensure systems are fully operational, reliable and meet customer requirements while delivering excellent technical support.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, the ability to work independently in the field, and a focus on customer experience.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Engineering or Electronics (or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities
• Able to work independently in the field
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Full UK driving licence is required

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain kiosks across a wide area.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to clients.
• Maintain accurate parts and service records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, support teams and management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
