Job summary

Cammax, now part of Modaxo, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and repair parking and transport kiosks across the UK. The role requires regular travel, independence in the field, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will operate within the 07:00–19:00 core hours, with a rota-based schedule and a competitive salary (£30k-£35k+). A full UK driving licence is essential for daily site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain equipment and ticket kiosks across a wide area.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to clients.
• Maintain accurate parts and service records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, support teams, and management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
