Job summary
Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, service and repair industrial packaging machinery across the UK at customer sites. You will travel nationwide with occasional international assignments, diagnosing faults and optimising performance on end-of-line equipment.
The role combines hands-on engineering with customer-focused service and opportunities for training and career development.
Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical fault-finding on industrial machinery.
- Experience with electrical fault-finding on industrial machinery.
- Ability to travel UK-wide and occasionally internationally.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Minimum Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on packaging machinery.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and servicing.
- Install, commission and set up new packaging machinery at customer sites.
- Travel nationwide to customer sites and support installations.
- Provide on-site technical support and feedback to the wider team.
- Complete accurate service reports.
