Job summary

Control Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking Field Service Engineers to cover Northern Ireland and Ireland, with base locations flexible. Tasks include service, maintenance, installations and upgrades of packaging machinery, plus occasional breakdowns.

You will interpret schematics, diagnose faults and educate customers on operation and maintenance. Ideal candidates have multiskilled maintenance or service experience, with PLC/HMI knowledge and willingness to travel, including some nights away.

Qualifications

Multiskilled maintenance or service experience.
Experience with uploading/downloading software to machine components (PLCs, HMIs, control systems, pneumatics).
Willing to travel and stay away from home, with occasional Ireland/European work.
Health & safety focused and proactive with good communication.

Responsibilities

Service, maintenance, installations, upgrades and occasional breakdowns for packaging machinery.
Read mechanical/electrical drawings, fault finding, diagnostics, repair, installations.
Educate customers on use and maintenance.
