Job summary

STILL Materials Handling, a global leader in forklift trucks and warehouse equipment, invites applications for a Field Service Engineer role around the Cheltenham area. You will diagnose and resolve issues to keep equipment operating at peak performance and perform preventative maintenance.

The role involves travelling to customer sites to service STILL forklifts and related machinery, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

• Experience as vehicle technicians, forklift technicians, plant fitters or vehicle technicians is desirable.
• Comfortable using IT equipment for records and orders.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Able to work autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and essential check-ups.
• Travel to customer locations to service STILL forklifts and related equipment.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional support.
