Job summary

Vianet Group is seeking a proactive Field Engineer to install and service equipment across Hospitality and Self-Service machines in the UK. You will build relationships with customers, manage stock, and ensure installations meet quality standards.

You will calibrate data devices, complete tasks promptly, and work with the Lead Engineer to resolve issues while upholding health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience installing data devices on machines/assets.
• Ability to manage stock levels effectively.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication across channels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with planning and stakeholders to update customers on planned work.
• Manage stock to support service and installation within SLAs.
• Adhere to relevant quality standards in all tasks.
• Calibrate beer dispense monitoring equipment accurately.
• Complete installation and service promptly to maintain productivity.
• Maintain professional interactions with all customers.
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicle; report issues to Lead Engineer.
