Job summary

Vianet is looking for a Field Engineer to provide first class installation and maintenance services across Hospitality and Self-Service machines in the UK. You will ensure the integrity of our equipment and data while managing relationships with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in installing data devices and managing stock levels. This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies in the UK.

Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
• Experience and knowledge of installing data devices to different machines/assets.
• Ability to manage stock levels effectively.
• First-rate organisational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the planning team to update customers on planned engineering work.
• Manage stock to ensure service and installation work can be carried out within SLA.
• Complete calibrations on beer dispense monitoring equipment accurately.
• Ensure installation and service work are completed in a timely manner.
