Nidec Drives is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide comprehensive technical support and ensure our drive products run efficiently for clients. The role demands clear communication, troubleshooting skills, and a solid grasp of drive technology.

You will install, configure, and service drives on-site or remotely, respond to inquiries, perform maintenance, and collaborate with sales and engineering to resolve issues. A car allowance is provided for travel.

Competenze

• Working knowledge of CODESYS/SyptPro/Fieldbus protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot our drive products on-site or remotely.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, e-mail, or in-person.
• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on our products.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and service reports.
