Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering medical electronics or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office and Outlook.
• Minimum 3 years experience in medical electronics.
• Minimum 2 years hospital environment experience.
• IT experience on administrative and technical level.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements to customer specifications.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and recommends actions to customers or company representatives.
• Assesses product needs and conducts technical training with customers, vendors and company representatives.
• Acts as local on-site representative to the customer's organization.
