Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service a wide range of sophisticated medical diagnostic systems within pathology and NHS laboratories. You will visit customer sites to troubleshoot and repair high-value equipment and provide practical solutions to technical issues.

Five days out of seven with some weekend work; full product training will be provided. A strong electronics background and field service experience are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Field service/technical support background with experience on high-value capital equipment.
• Candidates may have experience with diagnostic systems, medical devices or laboratory systems.
• Full product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair on medical and laboratory diagnostics systems in NHS and private labs.
• Visit customer sites and troubleshoot with actionable solutions.
• Liaise with laboratory managers and technicians across NHS and private organisations.
