Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive tasks across electrical and mechanical systems on site in Scotland. You will follow HASAWA guidelines, maintain documentation, and respond promptly to call-outs, coordinating with client representatives and subcontractors.

The role requires City & Guilds SVQ 2/3 or equivalent, plus experience with Concept 5000 or Evolution, and BMS systems.

Qualifications

• Essential maintenance qualifications and proven fault diagnosis ability.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical building PPM schedules.
• Knowledge of HASAWA requirements and health and safety practices.
• Experience in electrical installation, repair and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance per contract requirements.
• Diagnose faults and rectify on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Co-ordinate client requests and specialist subcontractors.
• Attend monthly site meetings and provide work reports.
• Support growth of contract into other service provisions.
