Job summary

Dalkia UK is seeking a Site Services Engineer with a mechanical bias to support Imperial College London across multiple sites. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, ensuring safety, compliance and operational uptime.

You'll perform PPMs on pumps, AHUs, FCUs, calorifiers and pressurisation units, respond to callouts, conduct emergency lighting tests, and use CAFM systems to manage tasks and records.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 mechanical qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ).
• Experience with HVAC and mechanical building services.
• Experience in large or complex buildings helpful (hospitals/universities).

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on mechanical systems.
• Respond to plumbing callouts and conduct safety checks.
• Use CAFM systems to manage tasks and records.
• Escort subcontractors and ensure health and safety compliance.
