Job summary

STILL Materials Handling Ltd in Worcester seeks a Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Worcester/Redditch area. You will diagnose, repair and maintain STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites, ensuring uptime and safety.

Ideal candidates have mechanical or electrical engineering experience, are IT literate, hold a full UK driving licence, and can work independently or in a team. We offer training, a 39.5-hour week, and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification is preferred.
• You will be IT literate and able to use latest technology to keep records and place orders.
• You must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with forklift or plant equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain STILL forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Find faults and implement preventative maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites across the Worcester/Redditch area.
• Provide on-site support and guidance to customers.
