Job summary

STILL Materials Handling Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team serving the Worcester/Redditch area. You will diagnose and repair faults on a range of STILL forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites, performing preventative maintenance and providing excellent on-site service.

The role requires experience in mechanical/electrical hydraulics, IT literacy for record-keeping, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical hydraulics and related systems.
• IT literacy to keep accurate records and place orders.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and rectify faults on STILL forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Undertake preventative maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and on-site service with a customer-focused approach.
