Job summary

Cammax is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair parking and transport payment kiosks at customer sites around the UK, with shifts within a 07:00–19:00 window on a rota basis. You will ensure systems are fully operational and deliver excellent technical support and service.

The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, good IT skills, and the ability to work independently in customer-facing environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar field is desirable.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain parking and transport kiosks across a wide area.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Provide on-site training and technical support to clients.
• Maintain accurate parts and service records and documentation.
