Job summary

Ishida Europe Limited is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to install, commission and service Ishida and OEM equipment across the UK. You will diagnose electro-mechanical faults, provide on-site training and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.

The role requires IT literacy, strong administration and planning skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team, with occasional long-distance travel and overtime to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing electro-mechanical faults.
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with business systems.
• Excellent administration, organisation and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission Ishida and OEM equipment.
• Repair Ishida and OEM equipment.
• Provide training for customers and Ishida personnel.
• Liaise with customers and Ishida staff to resolve issues.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and internal departments.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Complete service order site reports and follow up.
