Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the UK and international sites, working on specialist process equipment and control systems. The role combines hands-on engineering with commissioning, fault finding and customer interaction, with full training provided to broaden technical capabilities.

You will take ownership of your work, manage site activities and build strong customer relationships while delivering bespoke engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical, mechanical or control systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and fault find specialist equipment and control systems.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical or controls related issues on customer sites.
• Plan and manage site visits, coordinating parts, logistics and customer requirements.
• Complete testing, service reports and project documentation.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service work, upgrades and spares.
• Maintain high safety standards when working independently at customer sites.
