Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a skilled service engineer to maintain and repair hot tubs across customer sites in the United Kingdom. You will perform regular servicing, diagnose faults, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met.

In this role you will manage your service diary, order parts, document visits and invoices, and communicate clearly with customers about maintenance practices and safety guidelines. A valid UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service engineer, preferably with hot tubs, pools, or similar equipment.
• Strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition to handle tools and machinery and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional certification in electrical or plumbing work is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of hot tubs to ensure optimal functionality and hygiene.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair faults in hot tub systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components.
• Provide clear and effective communication to customers regarding maintenance practices, repairs, and safe usage of hot tubs.
• Manage and organise your own service diary, scheduling appointments efficiently and prioritising workloads to meet customer needs and service deadlines.
• Manage inventory of parts and tools required for service tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of service schedules, customer interactions, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while on-site and in transit.
