Valoris Group is looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer to service, install and maintain HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR across London. The role supports both permanent and contract engagement, with duties spanning installation, fault finding, routine maintenance, and detailed reporting for high-end properties.

Ideal candidates will have strong plumbing/heating knowledge, relevant HVAC certifications, a UK driving licence, CIS/Utrs, and familiarity with UK building regulations.

Qualificações

• Experience with HIUs, FCUs and MVHR systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems.
• Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC.
• F-Gas certification is highly desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and familiarity with London roads.
• CIS registration with UTR and a NIN number.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and maintenance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems including HIUs, FCUs, MVHR.
• Perform installations and commissioning with efficiency and quality.
• Conduct planned preventive maintenance for optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot faults to minimise client downtime.
• Provide detailed reports using a digital reporting platform.
• Liaise professionally with clients to understand and address needs.
• Plan and manage materials, tools, and resources for each project.
