Costa Coffee is hiring a Field Service Engineer for the Gloucester area. The role is permanent, with a starting salary from £36,450 per annum.

The successful candidate will service Costa Express equipment, diagnose faults, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within GL1–GL4 postcodes. Applicants should reside in the stated postcode areas; extensive training is provided, including City & Guilds Assured training, with a focus on safety and technical proficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience using service equipment in an electrical or mechanical engineering role.
• Able to communicate issues and solutions clearly at escalation points.
• Deliver first-class customer service for partners.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and repair or replace equipment to keep customers' coffee running.
• Communicate issues, problems and solutions through escalation points.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support in the field.
