Job summary

Baxi Heating UK Limited is hiring a qualified Gas Engineer (Field Service) to diagnose, service and repair domestic heating systems across your region. You will work in the field with a company van, fuel card, and a contributory pension, following Gas Safe regulations and safety standards.

The role operates on annualised hours (41.5 hours/week) with a monthly bonus and occasional weekend work. You’ll be customer‑facing, self‑motivated, and committed to first‑time fixes, delivering high‑quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
• Fault-finding and diagnostic experience with strong problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Gas Safe registrations and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, efficient technical support across your region.
• Service, maintain, and repair domestic and commercial heating appliances.
• Diagnose faults and deliver first-time fixes where possible.
• Complete digital job reports and documentation.

Education

ACS Gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
