Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd in Hull is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join their team, covering material handling equipment at customer sites within your postcode areas.

You will service forklifts and other trucks, diagnose faults, and perform preventative maintenance while attending ongoing training and development programs.

The role offers a fully expensed company van from day one, generous overtime, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a strong progression path within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 qualification essential; certificates will be required.
• Vehicle Technician, HGV Technician or Roadside Recovery all considered.
• Technical experience in Engines, Electrics (Diagnostics) and/or hydraulics.
• IT Literate and be comfortable with using the latest technology

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and rectify issues on forklifts and related equipment.
• Attend regular training courses to stay up-to-date.
• Manage own work in progress and complete paperwork accurately.
