Job summary

STILL UK is seeking a Site Service Engineer to service customer sites in Coventry and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, repair forklifts and material-handling equipment, and perform preventative maintenance on a range of STILL products.

The role requires mechanical/electrical/hydraulics experience, a full UK driving licence, IT literacy, and a proactive customer-focused approach. We offer a 39.5-hour week, overtime, 5% annual bonus, a company van and fuel card, 25 days’ leave, and

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or electrical engineering or hydraulics.
• NVQ 3 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
• Ability to use IT to keep records and place orders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and rectify issues on STILL forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Undertake preventative maintenance and routine service tasks.
• Provide high-quality on-site support and maintain accurate service records.
