Job summary

The Retention Group is hiring a Field Service Engineer to service electric forklift trucks across Yorkshire. You will be based in or near Leeds and visit sites for breakdowns and planned maintenance.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with a company van and door-to-door pay at 1.5x overtime. Training is provided, so candidates from any electrical background who want to move into a stable forklift industry are welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical fault-finding and servicing
• Willingness to work field-based across Yorkshire
• Full training provided to enter forklift industry

Responsibilities

Are you a Field Service Engineer with strong electrical fault-finding skills?

Are you looking to learn a new skill set in the extremely stable forklift industry?

Full training is provided, so candidates can come from any electrical background if you have experience in a field-based position.

In this role, you will often work alone to attend breakdowns and planned maintenance jobs throughout Yorkshire and surrounding counties. There will be no working away from home.

The hours are 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, with full training provided, as well as a company van and door-to-door pay @ 1.5x overtime rates.

This would be a great move for a Field Service Engineer with strong electrical fault-finding skills who wants to become a field-based Forklift Engineer.
