Waters Corporation is seeking a Field Customer Support Specialist to cover Cardiff and surrounding areas. You will support customers across diverse lab-based scientific sectors, performing installation, qualification, calibration, maintenance and repair of Waters systems.

You’ll analyze data to diagnose issues, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and manage customer expectations to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Interest in science and problem‑solving.
• Background in laboratory, analytical chemistry, or engineering.
• Flexibility and ability to build trusted relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, qualify, calibrate, maintain and repair Waters systems.
• Analyse data to diagnose problems and propose repairs or alternatives.
• Coordinate with matrix teams to expedite repairs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer expectations and provide follow-up plans as needed.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and identify opportunities to advance customers' lab operations.
